Ensure your team follows the right process, at the right time, every time with the ScreenSteps for Microsoft Teams integration. The integration makes your existing ScreenSteps knowledge base available to your Microsoft Teams users. Users can do the following:
- Search your knowledge base for answers to questions.
- Insert links to articles in chat messages.
- Submit requests for articles to be written that do no exist in the knowledge base.
The ability to search your ScreenSteps knowledge base and insert links to articles in chat messages makes it easier to ensure that colleagues perform tasks the right way each time. When they ask a question in a chat you can provide instructions on the right way to do it so that no mistakes are made.
Can't find the answer you're looking for? Use the "Article Request" feature to ask your Knowledge Ops team to create a new article so that mistakes are not made in the future.
To use the ScreenSteps app for Microsoft Teams you must have a current ScreenSteps account with a plan that includes support for the integration.
