SharePortals - Your Microsoft 365 CRM built into Outlook
Save emails and attachments to Contact and related records in your Microsoft 365 service. Save hours of precious time tracking and retrieving important contact communications, related documents and notes. Collaborate with your team members effectively and ensure every member of your team have critical information at their fingertips.
The SharePortals Outlook sidebar allows you to:
- Save emails and attachments to existing Contact records.
- Create new Contact records for a new email recipient or sender and save emails and attachments against it.
- Save emails and attachment to records related to an existing Contact record. This can be a Company, a Deal or another type of record that you have created yourself.
- Create new records related to a Contact and save emails and attachments against it.
- Review previous Emails, Documents, Notes and Tasks stored against a contact or related record.
- Create Planner Tasks associated with records or other content like Documents.
Additional Information
The SharePortals Outlook Add-in saves your information to your own Microsoft 365 tenant. You retain full control over all your data.
SharePortals needs a global administrator to get started, as everything you store and access is kept within your own organisations accessible SharePoint site to keep your data safe. When you first use SharePortals, our automated provisioning engine will create a SharePoint site and the necessary structure under the hood.
Besides interacting with your information through the Outlook Add-in, SharePortals provides a fully featured Web Interface, which you can access from any browser using your Microsoft 365 user credentials. Here you can also conveniently create, edit and co-author Microsoft Office documents using both the online or standard editors.
Using this interface, users with the right permissions can customise the system, such as:
- Customise the theme and other user interface settings, which are WCAG 2.1 accessiblity compliant
- Add new record types and relate them to existing ones
- Create automated processes and workflows
- Add stage management to a record type
- Integrate Microsoft Power Automate flows
Licensing
The SharePortals web application and this Outlook add-in are free products, therefore no billing information is required to use the general features of this product. Features which involve document generation or modification will require a license fee. Contact us should you wish to enable those advanced features:
