Create New Lead if contact does not exist in LeadSquared
When email is received from a contact, the sales user will get the
information whether the lead exists in LeadSquared CRM or not. If the
contact does not exist, the sales user will get the option to add the
lead in LeadSquared.
View lead information for existing leads
If the contact already exists in the system, then the sales user can
view the information related to the lead in Outlook.
Update lead details
Sales user will be able to update the lead details from Outlook, and
updated information will be reflected in LeadSquared.
Post activities on leads
Sales user will be able to post following 5 activities from Outlook-
- Negative Response to Email
- Neutral Response to Email
- Inbound Lead through Email
- Positive Response to Email
- Email Unsubscribed
Update lead stage
Sales user will be able to update the lead stage of leads from
Outlook.
Changed lead stage will be reflected as an activity against the lead.
Manage Tasks
Sales user will be able to create appointments and To-dos from
Outlook.
Sales user will be able to view and modify recent tasks in Outlook.
View details in LeadSquared from Outlook
Sales user will be able to navigate to lead details page in
LeadSquared from Outlook.
