You receive replies to your email inbox and can reply to the email to send back another text message, opening up an easy 2-way conversation via text.

You can also use the new report-fields feature that can add columns to your spreadsheet and populate them with details on the texts sent and received.

Please note that businesses in the U.S. need to subscribe to a custom reply-number to send messages. This is a monthly charge. A suitable reply-number can be found and bought through the ExcelSend portal.
