CharterDesk is a meeting room & desk booking tool to assist employees in finding & reserving bookable office space whether in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint. CharterDesk allows you to create unique floor plans by uploading your own floor layout. Using the map editor you can draw and create reservable spaces on your floor plan.

Employees can quickly browse available spaces within your office's floor plan and easily create reservations for that space on a give date / time. Employees can manage all their office space reservations from the home page of your SharePoint site or from with their Microsoft Teams site. CharterDesk will send emails and create calendar events when users make reservations within the system.

CharterDesk is available for free to try. The free version allows 1 floor plan with 3 desks or seats. The paid versions allow for unlimited floors with 25 desks / seats for floor.
