The Outlook Add-In enables you to quickly search and retrieve details from your Open Practice Matters to send emails without ever leaving Outlook. You’ll be able to add your Open Practice contacts as recipients to emails, including adding the Matter details to email subject lines. The Outlook Add-In is free to download and works to increase productivity and create efficiencies in your daily outputs. You’ll save time as you no longer need to go into Open Practice and manually retrieve Matter details to send important emails to your clients and contacts.

From within Outlook:
Search functionality to find and select a Matter from the User's Open Practice Recent Matters list
Display of the Contacts linked to the selected Matter, including the Contact's name, email address and their role in the Matter
With a single click, add the Contact as an email recipient, auto-inserting their email address (including as cc and bcc)
With a single click, auto-populating the email Subject Line with the Matter Number and Matter Description from the selected Matter
Open Practice ConnX add-in is for use by larger organisations and enterprises that have an existing B2B contract for Open Practice and products. The sign-up and account creation process is done externally to the add-in, and applies to many products other than just this add-in. Training and documentation for Open Practice and services, including this add-in, are provided to each customer as part of the on-boarding process, during which the value proposition of this add-in will be made clear. There is no facility for individual end users to sign up for a Open Practice account.

The Outlook Add-In is completely free to install for users of Open Practice however requires an active GlobalX Account. Pricing for Open Practice subscription can be discussed with your dedicated account manager.
