Note: When an email contains an attached file link (requiring sign-in access), a request link (requiring sign-in access), or an encrypted email link, recipients are added at the time of sending, and users are alerted of any failures in adding recipients. In classic Outlook on Windows, users will be prompted to update access settings when sending such emails. Additionally, users will be alerted if they attempt to send an email with partial encryption.
