The Virgo Employee Portal makes it easy to publish a searchable Retention Schedule and Content Type Inventory for your end users. A SharePoint administrator can install the Add-in and add Virgo Employee Portal App Parts to your existing SharePoint site in minutes.

App Parts include: a Retention Schedule grid view that permits sorting, filtering, and viewing Record Series details; a simple, Retention Search that allows users to search by mapped content types or keywords; Content Type grid for determining privacy, security, and retention rules for content; and a related, Content Type Search component for even easier access.

Each App Part instance can be configured with different field display, sort, and filter options. This allows you to publish either a single, company-wide component or components filtered for individual departments.
