The Sensei Portfolio Dashboard™ highlights variances and exceptions in your Microsoft Project Online and Project Server environments. The interactive dashboards allow executives and project managers to better identify problem areas and resource bottlenecks as the charts and tables pull data from project schedules, SharePoint Project Sites and the Project Detail Pages for a full picture of what is going on in the selected portfolio.
The charts provide powerful visuals that communicate resource over-allocations or underutilization as well as discrepancies in project work, such as slipping tasks, active risks and issues, cost and work overruns, and missed deadlines.
Dynamic sub-portfolios can be saved for easy access to program-specific or department dashboards. The dynamic sub-portfolios are saved with selected filters and each can be tailored to suit specific needs with page layouts and choice of charts and tables.
The Sensei Portfolio Dashboard™ App comes pre-configured with standard dashboards that are aligned with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) recommendations from Gartner and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and will also read your organizations custom fields for added flexibility in filtering dashboards.
The Sensei Portfolio Dashboard™ allows your organization to supplement our selection of industry standard charts and tables with ones that are targeted to the specific needs of your organization. A "dashboard customization file" can be created for your specific needs and start as low as 500 USD.
