SmartJob

SmartJob is a Microsoft Power Apps which enable service reporting on mobile device OS – IOS, AndroidOS, WinOS, MacOS with 365 login. Service reports would be stored on 365 SharePoint list for admin view, and sent through 365 Exchange Online in PDF format to admin through Power Automate flow. Service reports which would also be automatically converted to Excel files for optionally import to integrated abss Premier Time Billing with pre-defined activity ID, customer and employee card files.

Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription is needed as minimal operating platform of SmartJob.

The application allows servicing agent’s creation (or upload from abss Premier and select) of client’s contact and service job information with servicing date and hours, with number of service hours balance indicated, and controlled with minimal servicing hours per visit according to pre-defined rules. The system is integrated with Azure AI services for multi-languages voice to text conversions for jobs detail.

The system enables Power Automate admin settings on workflows including PDF, email, and Excel files generation with data stored on designated SharePoint lists. The system is integrated with Azure Create Speach Services which embedded AI features are optional and chargeable based on usage.

Notes on installation: After assigning the subscription license of this application, please install the application in an Environment which has access to Dataverse. To run this application, please go to Power Apps platform, choose Apps and look for SmartJob from the list of available applications.
