Experts can create troubleshooting guides for known issues with Power Apps application that simplifies the issue on the shop floor encountered by workers. They can easily use these troubleshooting guides to fix the issues themselves.
Information about issues and resolution attempts are stored in a database and can be analyzed easily. This way experts can find out which issues are most frequent and what resolution steps work best, allowing them to make the troubleshooting process more efficient. This also provides the ideal basis for predictive maintenance and AI-based analysis.

How Coleida Troubleshooting works
An employee can easily identify a problem while going through the troubleshooting app.
- To create a new troubleshooting ticket, simply click the '+' icon.
- Once the details have been entered, add photos of the problem and select the troubleshooting guide.
- You will then be able to start the troubleshooting process and work your way through to a solution.
- Depending on your user role, you will see specific troubleshooting steps that you can comment on, attach files to, and mark as “solved” or “not solved” as you work through them.
- As soon as a troubleshooting step is gone through and marked as “solved“ the complete troubleshooting process will be marked as “solved” automatically. If the step is marked as “not solved” the user must jump to the next step.
The Troubleshooting application is the main
application for staff. However, the management process is controlled by the
Troubleshooting Management app. Users of this part of the solution are able to
record resolution categories, resolution steps, and restrict certain steps to
users with a specific role.
