Do you know that your employees would like to work in the hybrid mode? Our Booking application makes it easy and allows to book office resources such as hot desks, conference rooms or parking spaces on particular dates and office locations directly in the MS Teams desktop or mobile app.

Employees can use the application to book:

a. available parking spaces in the underground garage / outdoor car park

b. hot desks (shared)

c. conference rooms

The application is integrated within MS Teams environment of Customer organization or within selected team. No other authorization / external tools are needed. Once user is logged to Office 365 / MS Teams environment it has authorized access to booking application. Application is available both in standalone MS Teams and mobile app. Process starts with searching for a free place or places. It is possible to select days from the selection calendar and search for a random place / desk or select a desk in a graphic form on Your office plan (this functionality requires prior configuration of available desks on the office map in admin panel).

The pool of seats / desks for users is configured through the dedicated Administration Panel.

In the case of parking spaces, you can specify spaces such as:

a. guest - generally available

b. premium - assigned by name to users / owners.

Such places can be shared if they are not used on certain days or period of time.

The application is based on the innovative MS PowerApps for Teams technology. Thanks to this, it is fully integrated with the MS Teams application and is free within Your Office 365 subscription.
It is based on the context of the logged user and can send e-mail notifications / reminders after performing an action or just as a reservation reminder. The application does not require any licenses other than having Office 365 subscription plan in your organization. The app can be made available to the entire organization or to a selected Teams team.
