Our onboarding employee process is tailored to be used by Human Resources personnel that can enter information with ease and in turn improve the experience for all new hires and increasing their employee onboarding satisfaction process and retention rate. This process has been built to be utilized with Power Platform's Power App and Power Automate applications that is included under Microsoft 365 license. It is structured to be concise and easy to navigate, unifying workflows across both Human Resources personnel and new employees, enhancing collaboration, and bringing consistency to the onboarding process.
The onboarding process starts with Human Resources personnel entering field data that is needed for submittal, followed by generating a welcome email to their personal account whereby the process starts for the new employee to continue; opening link to their Microsoft account set up and authentication step by step process, generating their new company account and concluded by each new employee receiving their welcome email in their company's outlook account. Once they have this information, a welcome onboarding email is provided to them to open and complete their hiring documentations needed and any trainings. An items tracker link is also provided to them within this welcome email, so all necessary initial documentations is tracked for completion. Anything pending, an automated email reminder will be sent out. This process aims at enhancing the experience, ensuring a smooth transition designed to simplify and speed up integrating new employees.
The type of user benefiting from this is the Human Resources team, helping at reducing manual work and establishing more automated processes. No paperwork involved, tracked easily and for the new employee, creates an easy to step by step process to being onboarded.
