Integrate Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with any POS system

With Retail Integration Service you can easily integrate any POS system with Dynamics 365 F&O. Once sales transactions are transferred from your POS system, it is processed by the standard Retail/Commerce functionality within Dynamics 365 F&O. Data mastered in F&O, going to your POS system includes, but is not limited to, customers, items, prices, discounts, promotions, and POS users.

Retail Integration Service is built to easily customize your installation to map any POS format stored on files shares, Azure storage, etc. It co-exists with Microsoft Modern POS (including CloudPOS) so if you plan to migrate, you can rollout one store at a time to allow processes and users to familiarize themselves. No need for a dangerous big-bang roll-out.
