We will conduct a Windows 365 Workshop and Assessment with the customer to identify user persona’s, remediation activities and migration options to move from legacy VDI platforms to Windows 365.

The Windows 365 workshop and assessment provides the following:

• An experienced Quorum Consultant and Project Manager for 12 days to drive the engagement. • High-level design document that will contain information on current state, future state, remediation requirements and strategies for adoption.

By conducting our assessment, we will provide the design blueprint for Windows 365. The assessment delivers the following outcomes: • Customer stakeholder workshops to discuss current and future states. • Understanding of current VDI landscape • High Level Solution Overview • Best Practice and guidance recommendations for: o Identity Requirements o Connectivity Requirements o User Persona’s o Security and Compliance Requirements o Monitoring Requirements o Management and Maintenance o Backup & Disaster Recovery • Remediation Items • Risk Matrix
