Data#3 Modernise Endpoints: 1-Month Implementation

Data#3’s Modernise Endpoints solution provides:

• An assessment of your existing environment and business requirements in relation to your endpoints
• Workshop(s) to discuss Windows 11, Windows 365, AVD, and MEM and how they may be applicable to your environment
• A report providing recommendations on how modern endpoint solutions can be deployed in your organisation
• A POC or Pilot to deploy one or more of the solutions
• Rollout of the modern endpoint solution to your staff
• Adoption and change management to embed the new technology and ensure your staff get the most out of your technology investment

Data#3’s solution starts with the assessment and workshops; depending on your requirements we will begin with the Windows 11 Assessment (funded by Microsoft for eligible customers) followed by a either the Endpoint Management Workshop or the Next-Generation Endpoints Workshop, both of which are Microsoft funded Cloud Accelerator Workshops for eligible customers. Depending on the workshop this can include;

• Defining your organisation’s goals and objectives for endpoints
• Windows 365 supported by Azure Virtual Desktop in a hybrid world
• Showcasing Windows 11, Windows 365 and AVD product capabilities
• Identity Fundamentals
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager for workstations and mobile devices
• Endpoint Analytics
• Develop actionable next steps based on your needs and objectives

After the workshop the next steps are:

• Implement a POC or Pilot of the solution
• Plan and design the target state solution to modernise your endpoints
• Implement and rollout the solution, in conjunction with your IT department to ensure a smooth operational transition
• Optional Adoption and Change Management services to ensure the new technology is embedded in your organisation and productivity gains are achieved
