With the help of this digital work order application using Power Automate, the back office easily schedules incoming orders. After that, employees are always well informed when they start working. At a glance, they can see where they need to perform each job, which material they need to bring from stock in the morning and which job they need to complete. There is also the option to add a signature for the customer's approval or to take pictures to save the assignment’s result. All information is immediately sent to the back office for processing, so that invoicing can also proceed smoothly.
