Implementation of Microsoft 365 Data Migrations

The solution is to perform a migration to a single Microsoft 365 tenant to overcome the challenges with collaboration, operational and cost efficiencies, non-standardised environments, people, processes and security​.

NCS Services​ -Migration Assessments: We discover and assess your source and target environments and build a migration plan with you that clearly defines and minimizes user experience during transition.​ -On Premise to Microsoft 365 migration: A transition to the cloud involves many technical and change streams. This can include Tenant hardening, Identity, Exchange Hybrid, SharePoint Information Architecture or Intune management of devices to name a few. Once the foundations are built, we will migrate data as per agreed migration plan supported by our change team.​ -Microsoft 365 tenant mergers: Following assessment, we will build the foundations required to support a merger migration which can include Identity, alignment of security policies, SaaS Applications, Devices, Information Architecture and company branding. Migrations are then performed in line with agreed migration plan for all required workloads.​ -Google to Microsoft 365 migration: One of the main challenges here is the spaghetti mess to untangle with how files are managed / shared and the change in ways of working between the 2 platforms. We will build the foundations to support migrations, perform the migrations and provide technical post migration support to assist with this transition.
