  • Support availability - 8x5 according to customer time zone
  • Initial response time - 1 day
  • Covers support for 1 Zabbix server. Support for Zabbix proxies is not included
  • Legal entities covered - 1

Support is provided over Zabbix online support system, e-mail, and phone
