through which enterprises can oversee the data, processes and operations
involved with their regional function in Southeast Asia. Companies are able to
manage their payroll with a completely consolidated view and analysis of
payroll operations across the region in a single system. The solution is fully
compliant with local regulations and report requirements (e.g. for Socso, EPF,
EIS, CPF, SSS, Philhealth, BPJS, Income Tax, NSSF and other local statutory
components). Payroll policies can be defined per employee group by a payroll
formula designer.
Cadena’s time and attendance module is configurable to your unique business needs. You can assign a default 8:00 to 17:00 work schedule for office employees or use a rostering tool for complex and flexible shift management. Attendance records are retrieved directly and in real time from time attendance terminals (e.g. fingerprint or proximity card readers) or via geolocation mobile app. Attendance validation can be initiated by HR admin, manager or by the employees themselves.
The solution is extendable with high-end strategic HR features such as performance appraisal, training and recruitment add-ons and can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and a variety of other ERP’s.
