HyperSCHED Standard: finite capacity scheduler, schedules and manages production resources

HyperSCHED Standard (Upper level) is the module of the HyperPLANT suite dedicated to the scheduling of production activities with finite capacity.

Thanks to newly designed algorithms, it allows detailed planning of company resources (machines, operators, lines, and more), to always know scheduled commitments and updated delivery dates. Modifications to the Gantt chart are done intuitively via drag & drop or by invoking specific actions, while simulations enable evaluation of what-if scenarios. In terms of scheduling, it offers numerous configurations, providing maximum flexibility in usage. Among these are:

  • Aggregation of similar tasks
  • Advanced constraints between phases (same start/end, parallel execution, etc.)
  • Dynamic recalculation based on MES advancements recorded in the department
  • Integration with materials planning (MRP)
  • Customizable notifications and alarms (e.g., delays, missing materials, ...).
