YMS - YARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Yard Management System (YMS) is a system for controlling actions made in the railway stations. It covers processes from train arrival to the station, maneuvering on the station, train forming for departure and departure from the station itself. System works in request <-> realization model, is established in Azure environment and is fully integrated with Service Bus for information exchange in both directions. YMS also covers additional processes like annual planning, operational planning, capacity reservation, fleet management, documents, and report generation. Solution is exchanging information for example with traffic management systems, ERP system and carrier resource planning system.
