Live Risk integrates across your IoT device network, incorporating important shipment context to automatically classify shipment status, freeing up your team’s attention to focus on the alerts that matter. At this stage in your IoT journey, you’ve validated a real-time IoT device or two, and you’ve started rolling out active IoT track & trace on a limited number of lanes (<50). At this point, your priority is getting the right people & processes into place to make visibility scalable. You need to make sure that labor does not need to scale linearly to device rollout, so operationalizing monitoring & intervention SOPs is critical.

Common problems at this stage include:

• Regular logic-based monitoring & intervention is ineffective and results in device alert overload

• Service providers are reacting to on-time, in-full (OTIF) failures, mostly when intervention is already too late

Further manual data drilldown is available for industry leading Predicted Time of Arrival (PTA), predicted payload temperatures 2-4 hours in advance, product stability budget/shelf life, external risks, device ping rate, and shipper thermal life. The monitoring agent records any action taken, re-assigned, or ignored for accountability and traceability purposes, and to continuously build a feedback loop towards recommendation helpfulness!
