3- Meeting room profile:  having a separate profile for each meeting room with all the details, capacity, specifications, working calendar and related facilities is a very useful way to handle multiple meeting rooms, facilities and making sure that each meeting will be assigned to the best meeting room that fits exactly the meeting requirements.

4- Facilities hierarchy:  ability to divide the meeting room into multiple sub rooms with the ability add items to each meeting room such as projector, white board ..etc.
