This is how easy it is

In the role of project manager you use Microsoft Project, all others use Outlook only and Microsoft Teams if necessary. The process is very simple.

The project manager assigns employees to tasks in Microsoft Project and publishes the project plan. Allocatus sends an email to employees with the new dates and updates their calendars.

The appointments appear in the calendar without the employee having to do anything. This can be done, for example, as a all-day event as free or as individual appointments according to the work planned in Project as booked.

Allocatus appointments are colored in grey by default and contain all the info about the task, including a link to send an email or teams message to the project manager.

The employee can see the appointments in the Outlook desktop app on the PC or Mac, in the web browser in the Microsoft 365 calendar, on a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android smartphone, in the car with CarPlay or Android Auto, for example, or on a smartwatch such as the Apple Watch.

Allocatus makes the entire Microsoft Project project plan accessible to the whole team - even in Microsoft Teams.
