Our Governance CSRD Module powered by Hanasaki is designed to digitize and systematize the collection and management of governance-related data across the organization. This module structures information according to the governance standard defined by the ESRS:

• G1 – Business conduct: Covers corporate governance structure, roles and responsibilities of governing bodies, ethics and compliance policies, anti-corruption measures, lobbying activities, whistleblower mechanisms, and the integration of sustainability into corporate strategy and oversight.
