Live assistant for the workspace within Microsoft Teams​

CS smartWorkspace is an AI-based assistance system for the optimized use of rooms and buildings. It combines high-end sensor technology and innovative networking with intelligent control. CS smartWorkspace enables a modern & agile cooperation with more efficient use of space, an intelligent energy control and provides meaningful usage analyses.
Smart sensors are serving as the buildings sensory organs and are the foundation for this IoT solution based on Azure/O365. Microsoft Teams is used as the assistant to the users of the building and helps to find free desks or free meeting rooms, e.g. users can easily ask the assistant bot for a free desk, rendering manual search unnecessary. Apart from that, unused meeting room reservations are cancelled if no one shows up in the meeting room on scheduled time.
