agyleOS is an operating system for People, Agility & Culture that puts people at the center. A central platform that brings together the stakeholders HR, Leadership, Agile Coaches and the teams, enabling them to work on and develop the company and the culture together. We combine features from HR Management, Agile Coaching and central management elements, where each enables a high degree of self-organization of the teams.
What
challenge does agyleOS solve?
In an agile and digital transformation, not only the processes and the way of working together change, but also the entire structure and culture of the company. This means that traditional HR software systems, which are usually hierarchical, cannot be used to represent and develop a company with self-organized teams. This leads to the need to introduce more and more additional analog and digital tools: an HR management tool, one for OKRs, one for 360° feedback and surveys, a retro tool, and so on. This in turn leads to all employees being overwhelmed, no longer knowing where to find information and it becomes more difficult to sustainably anchor the new structures in the company or to explain to new employees how the company works. With agyleOS we make it possible to present a company in all its individuality and to show structures and processes in our software as they actually are.

We look at People, Agility & Culture holistically, instead of individual tools for individual things, e.g. a feedback tool, HR management software, a goal management tool, a retro tool, etc. With us, all these things are found in the same place, reducing over-tooling. How
it works in the Microsoft universe
The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and uses the common Microsoft standards for authentication, user management, security and data protection. Our team dashboards provide teams with the Microsoft applications they use operationally and an overview of where and which tools are used. By measuring remote capability, guidance on remote working is implemented within the organization. Gaps in the licensing of Microsoft applications can be easily displayed and closed. Via the CoP management, communities of the entire organization can be managed and linked with Yammer, SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
