ChangePilot Dashboards and Reports

The ChangePilot Dashboard and Reports app provides users of ChangePilot by Empowering.Cloud with insight into their Microsoft 365 Roadmap and Service change process. Note: For these reports to work you must have deployed ChangePilot in your organisation. ChangePilot is a service provided by Microsoft 365 specialists Empowering.Cloud. It offers a connection between organisations’ Microsoft 365 tenancy and Message Center, and Empowering.Cloud subject matter experts, who summarise, score and tag every item beyond the detail provided by Microsoft. ChangePilot requires read access your tenant’s Microsoft 365 Message Center and Service Health, and write access to a single Microsoft Teams team and Microsoft List for Microsoft 365 Roadmap and service change tracking. Deployment takes around 1 hour, and free trials are available. For more information about ChangePilot, visit https://empowering.cloud/changepilot/ Users of ChangePilot can see their organisation’s Microsoft 365 ‘change health’ at a glance via the ChangePilot Dashboard and Reports app. Views include: - Executive overview. - Breakdown of Message Center items by Service Category, Service, Impact (User and Admin) and Status. - Detailed view of the number of high impacting items within each status for both IT admins and end users. - Gantt chart of key changes by month - - Complete visibility of which changes your organisation has reviewed and approved and which are still outstanding - Gantt chart of key changes coming by month - Roadmap and Message Center Items by product and product categories Dashboards and reports are used by IT administrators and service owners to understand how up to date they are with upcoming change in their operational area. They are also be used by managers and executives for complete visibility that their team are on top of Microsoft 365 change, and to understand the scale and impact of outstanding change items. Once you have deployed the ChangePilot Power BI Dashboard and Reports, you will automatically receive the latest versions of dashboard views and reports.
