eShare Trusted Sharing

The eShare Trusted Sharing application is an extension of the eShare Secure Data Collaboration Platform, which provides simple, secure & branded file sharing, data rooms, secure email and content collaboration with external parties. The application allows eShare Trusted Shares to be created from within Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook. In doing so it allows users to initiate their external file sharing and content collaborations with external parties using the familiar UI of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook, while also allowing users to benefit from the fine-grained controls, 100% custom branding, recipient link blocking avoidance, and collaboration productivity features that eShare uniquely brings to Microsoft 365.

In all cases shared files are always and only stored with Microsoft 365 and recipients do not require guest accounts to access shared files. Org-defined sharing policies, incorporating over 30 optional controls and mapped to your sensitivity labels and DLP templates, provides security and governance teams with full visibility and control over all external sharing. Organizations turn to eShare when external file sharing from Microsoft 365 natively is disallowed due to a lack of sharing governance and recipient data access and usage controls.
