Supported Integrations

• Microsoft 365: E-mails, appointments and documents from your Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Search.ch: Directory with entries for people, companies and authorities from Switzerland.
• Abacus: People, companies, addresses and projects from your Abacus system.

Limitations

The connection from incoming calls to echo currently only works on incoming PSTN calls. SIP calls are not supported by now. However, you can always use echo besides calls and start with a search within the app.
