Getting Started:

1. Using your paid Microsoft 365 account, download the Microsoft Teams app and enter the email associated with your Microsoft account.
2. The host can add Voiceitt Captions to a Teams meeting, or anyone can add Voiceitt Captions while a meeting is happening.
   1. To add Voiceitt before the meeting, schedule a new meeting in the calendar. Then go to Apps, search for Voiceitt, and select “Add.” Then click “Add to a meeting,” choose the desired meeting from the dropdown menu, and select the “Set-up” button in the bottom right corner. You’ll now be prompted to sign in to your Voiceitt account or continue as a guest to view someone else’s Voiceitt captions.
   2. To add Voiceitt Captions during a meeting, join the meeting, then click the Apps icon in the meeting toolbar. Search for and add Voiceitt Captions. You’ll now see the Voiceitt Captions icon added to the toolbar. Select and choose to either log in to have your speech added to Voiceitt Captions or join as a guest to view someone else’s Voiceitt captions.
3. All meeting participants must click on the Voiceitt Captions icon to use or view Voiceitt Captions.
4. Remember, to use Voiceitt Captions, you must have an active Voiceitt account. Visit Voiceitt today to start a free 30-day trial.
5. Once Voiceitt Captions is added, and the subscriber is logged in, their Voiceitt Captions will appear on the right side of the screen. Multiple Voiceitt subscribers can log in during a meeting. It will not caption a guest's speech. Enable the Teams captions built for standard English speech to see guest captions.
