ORSERS Copilot Agent

ORSERS Copilot Agent empowers users to securely search for and retrieve data stored in Oracle Autonomous Database. Users can input search parameters including Employee ID, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Salary to find specific employee data from within Microsoft 365 Copilot, whereas in Microsoft Teams or outlook message extension, users can search employee details based on employee ID search parameter. Getting Started:

To start using the ORSERS Copilot Agent, simply add the app to your Microsoft 365 environment. Once installed, you can use the app in Teams, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 Copilot by typing queries or using the sample prompts to start testing its functionalities using the available employees test data (between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Dubai Time - GMT+4). Once you get comfortable with it, contact us on copilot.demo@orsers.org to work with you on configuring your own version of ORSERS Copilot Agent and ensuring that your organization has granted the necessary permissions for accessing Oracle Database. P.S. We currently centralizing editing the Employees Test Data to Oracle backend HR System and this is why when you trigger “Update Profile” button, it forwards you to the login screen of Oracle Backend system.
