Guests enables users to invite and self-manage external guest accounts in Microsoft Teams, following their company's

workflows and policies for secure and compliant invitation, collaboration, and condition-based removal. The app

includes the following features:

Features for guest invitation:

• Invite different guest types based on predefined templates
• Assign responsibility to the guest's point of contact
• Send invitations to up to 20 guests simultaneously
• Validate required guest information
• Manage resource access permissions
• Include a personal message and send a copy to an additional recipient.
• Review guest details and settings before sending the invitation
• Receive feedback on invitation success or failure

• View guests under your responsibility
• Search and access all guests in your organization
• Monitor invitation status, host information, and compliance
• Update guest details as needed
• View group memberships and access rights
• Transfer guest responsibility to another colleague within your organization
• Resend invitations that have not been redeemed

• Block or delete guest accounts
• Get notified if guests require your attention

• To use the app, your organization must have an active trial or a subscription.
• Administrators must grant permissions to the app in the Guests admin center.
