Pitric

Pitric enhances the productivity of Word. Pitric lets you save pieces of your Word document, including formats, as a piece. You can insert your pieces into any document and share them instantly with colleagues.

Since Pitric saves your pieces in the Microsoft Azure cloud they are always available to you no matter where you are or the Word program you are using.

Pieces

Pieces can be anything: Tables, Pictures, Shapes, Icons, 3D Models, Charts, Screenshots, Videos, Text Boxes, Equations, References, or Content Controls. Pieces do not have to be a single item, a piece could be composed of a table that contains pictures, videos, and equations.

To create a piece simply select a piece of the document give it a name and optional description and save it to the cloud.

You can insert pieces into new documents or send them to your contacts. You can sort and search for pieces when needed. You can also remove ones you no longer need, restore ones you removed by mistake, permanently delete removed ones, and edit the name and description of existing pieces.

Contacts

You send and receive pieces via contacts. To send pieces to another person, you must know the account name and have that name in your contact list. For them to receive your pieces, they also need to have your account name in their contact list. For security reasons, if you send pieces to a person and your account name is not in their contact list, Pitric will not send the pieces.

As with pieces, you can sort, search, remove, restore, delete, and edit contacts.

Accounts

In Account, you can change your account name, select your language, set your text size, choose your preferred color, and view information about your account. Currently there are two languages: English and Spanish.

Licensing

Pitric is free for 100 pieces and 10 contacts. If you need more pieces and contacts, you can purchase a monthly or annual subscription plan for 10,000 pieces and 1,000 contacts. Plans start at 2.95 USD per month or 29.50 USD per year.
