My AskAI is your support team's own AI assistant, giving them instant, accurate, answers to questions about your business or product, trained on all your company’s knowledge base and website.
You can use My AskAI within Teams as an individual, to privately get answers to your questions. Or you can collaborate within a channel and get answers to questions so the rest of your team can see them as well.
To use this app, you must have an active account with My AskAI. Please sign up following the steps below.

To get started:
1. Please go to https://myaskai.com/ to create your account and add your content (<10 mins)
2. Within your My AskAI dashboard, open 'Chatbot setup > Integrations' and click on the Team logo to get your AI assistant's ID and API Key
3. Install My AskAI within your Teams workspace/account (as an admin)
4. Within Teams, select the 'Connect My AskAI' button and input your ID and API Key

How do I ask a question within Teams?
To ask questions (or follow up questions) to your AskAI within Teams, simply add My AskAI to a channel and then @My AskAI followed by your question.
Or you can start a new Chat with My AskAI and ask a question privately.
For example, if you'd uploaded documents about your onboaring process, you might ask: '@My AskAI what's our onboarding process?'
All responses are generated by AI. Please email team@myaskai.com to report inappropriate content.

Content can only be added on https://myaskai.com/ within your account.

What type of content can I add to My AskAI?
Within My AskAI, you'll be able to add your entire company website, connect your knowledge base sources or upload files directly.

Can I use my AI assistant outside of Teams?
Yes, you can supercharge your customer support by adding your AI assistant to your site, as well as Teams, to answer customer questions directly. This must be setup and managed within your My AskAI dashboard.

How do I disconnect my AI assistant from Teams?
Please type @My AskAI and select 'Disconnect'
