Report Creator leverages TSI survey instrument's data to quickly create professional reports.
The TSI Link™ Report Creator for Excel is a powerful and flexible reporting engine that will significantly enhance customer productivity when gathering measurement data. Assessing an exposure level or certifying a building's HVAC system can be a large undertaking requiring a team of technicians and hundreds of measurements. TSI customers generate reports for their clients that can be hundreds, even a thousand pages long. The TSI Link™ Report Creator for Excel is a time saving tool to create accurate reports with appealing visuals.
The roadmap includes 8 reports.
Currently available:
1. Air Purification Effectiveness - report documenting the upstream, downstream and ambient levels of particle mass, particle number and total volatile organic compounds to measure the efficiency of an air purification system.
2. Ventilation Effectiveness - report documenting up to five particle mass or concentrations in a room to ensure contaminants are removed from an area in a timely manner.
Check for availability:
1. Test Adjust Balance - report to show that a building HVAC system meets performance of the intended design.
2. Fume Hood Certification - report to demonstrate that a fume hood continues to meet the manufacturer’s stated safety specifications.
3. Clean Room Certification - report to provide a comprehensive assessment of a cleanroom’s ventilation and filtration performance.
4. Air Quality Investigation - report to identify the source and mitigation of a health or comfort concern.
5. Exposure Assessment Report - to quantify the worker health risk of dust, gas, noise, heat stress, vibration, or other hazard in their job.
6. Local Exhaust Ventilation audit - to verify that the engineering control is installed and operating properly and achieving the required protection level.
These reports will integrate data from multiple instruments – air flow, differential pressure, Particle Mass level, etc. .Along with imported data, reports can also include photos, annotated floorplans, and equipment sketches. Many include checklists of items that must be manually inspected, such as belt condition or standing water in the drain pan.
