Make calls using your MaX UC phone services

You can now access your MaX UC phone services without leaving Microsoft Teams. The MCT app allows you to:

  • Make internal calls to your colleagues, directly from your chats in Microsoft Teams.

  • Make calls to participants in Microsoft Teams channels, to any of their registered phone numbers.

  • Dial any phone number, from the MCT app tab.\n* View call history, contact information and voicemail in the MCT app tab.

In order to use the MCT app, your organization must have provisioned you with phone services from one of our partner service providers.

If you do not have a desk phone provisioned to your account you can download the MaX UC desktop or mobile application for Windows/Mac/iOS/Android.

To get the most out of the MCT app, members of your organization should have contact phone numbers stored in Azure Active Directory.

When this app is used, it
  • Can send data over the Internet
  • This app can access personal information on the active message, such as phone numbers, postal addresses, or URLs. The app may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
