Timewax is resource planning software for rapid evolving service organizations that want to stop feeling out of control and aim for a reliable resource planning, stopping revenue leakage and getting steps ahead.
We feel it’s unacceptable that in today’s day and age modern services organizations cannot answer resource questions with accuracy and without delays. We aim to improve your resource planning so that you will gain three things: top line growth, bottom line growth and operational excellence.
*About our Microsoft Teams app*
Get notified in Teams when your schedule changes, your manager approves your leave application and much more. Keep your mailbox for emails and receive to the point messages in Teams. We believe this saves you precious time and helps you focus on what's important.
_Some examples_
*Project status*
You walk towards your car. You were at a client all day. Tomorrow you'll come back to finish the job. Before you start your car, you report the progress of the project in Timewax. Your project manager receives a Teams message from Timewax, notifying him that you submitted a progress update.
*Leave applications*
In Timewax you submit an application for leave. With the image of white sandy beaches in mind, you wait for approval. Your manager receives a message in Teams that informs him you want to go on holiday. He approved the application for leave in Timewax and you receive a confirmation in Teams. Go buy that plane ticket!
*Time sheets*
Todays job is done, your workday is over. You finish your time sheet and submit it. Your manager receives a notification in Teams and he approves the time sheet in Timewax.
