Use Penbox extension to access your Penbox requests directly from your Outlook inbox.

This extension allows you to create Penbox requests while composing an email. You can then initiate and easily structure email exchanges with your clients.

From the email composition window, select Penbox in the Outlook ribbon, select one of the available Penbox flows and create a pre-filled request with the contact information. You can then copy the link generated directly into the email body you are composing.
