Integrate Microsoft Teams with FireWatch for a more connected FRS workforce
FireWatch Connect enables fire and rescue services to integrate the FireWatch application with Microsoft Teams so that users can complete tasks from directly within Teams. It currently provides user support and assistance via a Teams Bot to book on/off duty from directly within the Teams user environment. Future releases will include support for further actions via Bots and Cards, including FireWatch holiday requests, task reminders, etc. The FireWatch Connect application for Microsoft Teams is available only to current licensed FireWatch user organisations. If you are not part of a licensed user organisation, you can learn more about FireWatch here www.firewatch.co.uk. If you do already have a FireWatch user licence and would like to gain access to the Microsoft Teams application, then you should contact your internal IT administrator to request access.
