LightningAudit - Build, Manage and Record Internal Audits

LightningAudit will help you build a structure for each of the different audits that are run in your business.

Audits are built with sections (i.e. categories or areas of audit needs) that have controls / tests associated to them. This structure allows control / tests to be grouped together for easier and simpler understanding, visibility and clarity to audits.

Within each audit, each section's controls / tests have a definition of the measure in which the control / test should perform to in order to be successful and have a positive outcome. For each control / test an outcome is able to be recorded (i.e. either pass or fail or not applicable) with the result being supported by comments.

For each audit control / test a non-conformance record can be raised should the need arise. Non-conformance records remain linked to the audit control / test (and subsequently the audit section and specific audit itself). Non-conformance records have an area in the app where they are listed for review, comment and closure.

LightningAudit has the ability to generate three key reports:

• A full audit report (outlining all sections, controls / tests and their respective details and responses)
• An audit non-conformance report (outlining all controls / tests within the audit which have a non-conformance record identified / raised)
• A non-conformance record report (providing all the details of an individual non-conformance record)

All reports are available to view on screen as well as being able to be sent as an email report or an email with an attached PDF of the chosen report.
