Investment for Finance and Supply Chain is a comprehensive module developed within the framework of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP. This application covers all aspects of Stock Purchase, Stock Sale, Stock Revaluation, Stock Masters, Stock Rate master, Portfolio management and Reporting.

Moreover, the application addresses all types of stock scenarios, allowing the finance department to decide on purchasing new or existing stocks, either directly or through a broker. The Investment module facilitates clear stock portfolio management. It enables users to calculate gains and losses, with the system posting entries according to the posting profile defined by the finance team. During the sale process, the system calculates based on the defined rate and posts entries according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) or Weighted Average methods. It also reverses old gain and loss calculations and posts the correct entry based on the posting method defined in the system, considering the available stocks. All entries have a maker-checker feature enabled, and all relevant reports are available for analyzing stocks
