• Delivery tolerances

Delivery Tolerances allows you and your supplier to adjust the delivery quantity during the delivery process within agreed tolerances, to accept overdelivery or underdelivery. This feature is particularly useful when dealing with bulk materials, where accurate measurement of quantities is not always possible.

• Purchase and sales approval

With ProBatch 365 Sales and Purchasing, you can limit the number of suppliers from which an item can be purchased via Purchase Approval for items. The number of customers allowed to buy an item can also be restricted via Sales Approval for Items. This feature can be used in situations where licenses or permits are required for the purchase and sale of goods, such as in the pharmaceutical retail sector.

• Purchase Quote Manager

The Purchase Quote Manager allows you to easily create purchase requests, send these to multiple vendors, then select the best offer and generate a purchase order.

• Extension of blanket orders and blanket purchase orders

When planning or creating purchasing or sales documents, benefit from the enhancement of blanket purchase orders and blanket sales orders, for instance, with a validity period for the contract, information about outstanding call-off quantities or existing blanket purchase orders.

• Country-specific tax rate determination

In addition, the creation of country-specific VAT registration numbers is enabled and account assignment and tax rate determination are automated. Show the actual flow of goods between different countries for tax purposes, as required by European tax law, without having to manually access the document.
