VisionSecurity offers both intelligent approval management for changes to payment details and advanced reporting on modifications and payments. The intelligent approval system allows users to specify which fields they want to monitor and require approval for - including fields in related tables, such as vendor bank accounts. This field and table monitoring can be set up directly within Business Central by superusers after minimal training.

For example, if a vendor’s payment details are modified but not approved, no payments or purchase invoices can be posted for that vendor. However, open purchase invoices will still proceed through the approval workflow as usual. Payments can either be blocked before they are exported from Business Central or flagged, so they remain in a separate journal until the changes are approved.

While the standard Business Central change log allows you to assess the risk of potential misuse, VisionSecurity goes further by preventing misuse before it happens.
