• Import invoices from various suppliers using VANS (Value Added Network Service) by delivering OIO files to a designated folder at your organization.

• Open and process individual documents while simultaneously viewing the corresponding invoices within Business Central.
• VisionOIO Import simplifies the entry of accounts, creation of vendors and bank information, and generation of purchase invoices.
• Create purchase invoices without entering accounts first. Accounts can be added without altering the descriptions or amounts on the line.
• View UtilityStatements directly with the main document and create invoices based on them.
• Access all embedded attachments within the OIO files directly on the purchase document.
• VisionOIO Import accurately reads the actual lines from the OIO Files, ensuring precise accounting and VAT control.
• Map descriptions from the vendor's invoice directly to a G/L Account, with support for wildcards.
