Maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data is essential for any business, especially when there are changes involving customers, suppliers, or other key partners.
With VisionIdentity, you can continuously ensure that your company’s master data is updated as customers and partners make important changes. This solution allows for real-time digital lookups in external data sources directly from Business Central, making it easy to stay current.
Lookups can be made against the Danish CPR, the CVR register.
The system logs who performed the lookup and records the field values before the update, providing a clear audit trail for better data management and compliance.
Change from the registers can be applied directly or go into a change
journal. You can setup this individually for customers and vendors, and
within specific filters
Batch Jobs to update all customers or vendors are also available.
