How it works
- The extension lets you send Business documents (sales Invoices, credit notes, reminders and bank statements) to your customers. One click in Business Central and Farpay takes care of the rest.
- Customers get an email from Farpay with your invoice, as well as your preconfigured payment options to choose from. The customer can also authorize automatic payments (direct debit) to be charged for subsequent invoices.
- Avoid manual work and human error in your receivables bookkeeping. Payment status is tracked and payment details are fed back to Business Central, matched to invoice, and ready for posting.
Key Features
- Direct debit agreements. The customer is given at least 5 days’ notice before deduction.
- Farpay informs the customer if the card is about to expire, or other interruptions occur.
- Smart email and reminders system. Keep track of whether the customer has read the email, whether the invoice has been paid and much more.
- Payment reminders. Farpay can send reminders and can display a timeline series, visualizing deadlines, late payment penalties and potential date for debt collection so customers are more readily prompted to pay using Farpays payment link.
- Custom Branding. Farpay lets you customize all customer touchpoints by using your logo, colours and branding.
