SMART eSignature for Ukraine

SMART eSignature for Ukraine is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) based extension for the Companies willing to improve security and to implement electronic signature for different types of documents using local cryptography library.

1. Select document

• Doesn’t require subscription to external cryptography services.
• Allows to roll out cryptography server in Microsoft Azure environment or on barebone Customer servers.
• Fast and simple setup.

2. Authenticate and select key

• Allows authenticate users using Diia (brand of e-governance in Ukraine).
• Allows to use local computer and centralized keys storage.
• Supports any document format (Word, Excel, Project, PDF, etc...)
• Allows to sign internal accounting documents.
• Allows to sign agreements, acts and other external documents.
• Allows to integrate with external documents storage (SharePoint, etc..).

3. Press to sign

• Uses secure and widely used algorithms RSA and ECDSA.
• Accepts keys certified in Ukraine.
• Electronic signature is fully compliant with Ukrainian standards.
• Uses cryptography library compliant with Ukrainian law.
