Acumens Subscription & Maintenance Fee Billing simplifies tracking and billing recurring fees.
Acumens Subscription & Maintenance Fee Billing is an add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics Nav that will give you an all-in-one solution to streamline, and track recurring subscriptions or maintenance fees billing processes, giving you more time to focus on growing your business.
Acumens Subscription & Maintenance Fee Billing provides the following functionalities among others:
- SMFee Contracts management: The company will be able to manage all contracts from one interface. Allows users to invoice subscription or maintenance fees periodically. A batch process can be set to automatically create invoices when due.
- SMFee Master Contract Management: Acts as a summary of related SMFee Customer Contracts based on specific parameters. You can choose to combine customer contracts based on SMFee items or Vendors or per customer only. From here users can create invoices for all the SMFee Contracts with one click.
- Automate SMFee Contract Invoicing: The app provides an option to automate contract invoicing processing. With this, Contract Invoices can always be generated automatically when due eliminated the need for users always remember when certain invoices are due.
- SMFee Order Processing: When Licenses, Modules, subscriptions etc. are sold to customers, contracts are automatically created to manage billing for the subsequent next billing periods. SMFee Orders allows the Partner to also bill for coterminous amounts to ensure the next invoicing period are aligned to the due dates from the ISV.
- Predefined custom report templates and email body templates: Comes with ready to use report and email templates. This has a separate report selection setup for the app reports so you can have different setup from the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central order processing reports.
